Policies:
Check in after 3:00 PM, checkout 10:30 AM.
We do need to have rooms available for our cleaning staff and to facilitate planning for the arrival of our guests. We shall be happy to secure your luggage should you so desire in our holding room.
For the comfort and security of our guests, smoking is not permitted in the house. You are free to smoke on our grounds and deck.
Cancellation Policy:
No adjustments for guests arriving late or departing early. Deposit refunded in full provided cancellation received at least 30 days prior to arrival date. Cancellations received less than 30 days but more than 10 days before arrival, the deposit will be held and applied to a future booking within six months from original reserved arrival date. Cancellations made within 10 days of arrival date will result in forfeiture of the entire deposit.
Room rates are $130 - $ 250 depending on room selection and party size. All rates are per room per night exclusive of taxes, gratuities or service charges and rates are subject to change without notice. Two-night minimum stay on weekends and other minimum stay requirements may apply at other times including holidays, peak periods, weekends or fall foliage season. There is a $20 surcharge for late arrivals after 10:00PM.
Reservations may be secured with a Credit Card. A personal check for the first night's stay must be received within ten days. Upon receipt of your check, confirmation, our brochure and directions to Heatherstone shall be mailed promptly. Kindly take a moment to check the confirmation and let us know immediately if it does not accurately reflect your original request.
The balance is due upon checkout and payment is accepted in American Dollars, Traveler's Checques or Personal Checks.
